SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY STRATEGIES

 

Organizations are under relentless pressure to do more with less. This invariably leads to an analysis of which services should be delivered by the organization directly and which should be outsourced.  To ensure effectiveness, value for money and accountability, organizations require  a coherent strategy for service management and service delivery.

Daniel Nixey, principal of Danix Management Limited, has led several service reviews and was the lead advisor during the development of the National Service Management Strategy for Public Works Government Service Canada, Real Property Service.

Mr. Nixey also led a review of real property service delivery for Real Property Asset Management, City of Ottawa and served as a subject matter specialist during a value for money audit of the Calgary Land Department.
