A consultancy offering strategic advisory services to public and private sector organizations seeking to evaluate economic opportunities, rationalize investment decisions, prioritize facility spending and improve service delivery. Danix was established in 1986 to serve as a project development and consulting vehicle for its principal, Daniel Nixey. Most project work is delivered in close collaboration with the staff of client organizations, usually with stakeholder engagement as an important component, and often in conjuction with one or more Danix Associates or through collaboration with consultants from specialist firms. Although Daniel often serves as project lead, he is also engaged on a sub-consultancy basis to other firms or provides advisory services directly to senior management.
